8N Paint Restoration/Refurb

My neighbor got my dad's 8N running over the summer. He did a great job - runs well. Now I'd like to restore the paint job back to factory colors. Does anyone know of someone you would recommend that does tractor paint refurb/restoration in the north Georgia area? The tractor in on our farm near Blairsville, GA. Thanks!

Two ways of going when painting;
1- just paint it.
2- Paint the parts and then install.
Just painting will be like putting lock-tite on everything.
I am going thru this from the seller of my 47 8n.
I am using Ether and brass wire brush to remove paint so I can adjust the drag links and other nuts bolt and screws.
