As I stated in a previous post I think the engine may be seized. Added some deep creep and it’ll sit awhile. Tried to rock it while in 4th gear and engine
wouldn’t turn. Also it won’t go into 1st or 3rd gears. Like I said before its been sitting for 8years. On a positive point I think the hydraulics work.

Pull the engine and open it up to see what's going on. Takes a little time, but not that hard.
And, if it's been outside for those 8 years, drain the Trans. and Diff. fluid to see how much water is in there. Water in a gearbox is not a good thing.

I'll agree with Brad on draining the trans fluid and diff before running it.
I would not pull the engine yet. Not even the head. Let it soak.
Not going into first or third gear may be simply that the gears need
to turn to make them mesh. Or, it could be a broken spring in the shifter.
Either way, not a big issue if the engine doesn't run yet.
 
I ve been spraying it a c times of day for a few days, took the starter off today and tried prying on the flywheel but, it wouldn’t budge. Think I’ll keep it sprayed down for awhile and keep checking. I’ve been using Seafoam DeepCreep.
 
Trying not to get impatient but, not seeing any progress yet getting this thing un-seized. I’ll keep soaking the cylinders.😒
