I live about 10 miles east of Remus MI. I converted my 8N to 12 volts and I have a good left over 6v generator, battery and questionable new 6v regulator (also think I have one good 6v headlight) to whoever wants to come get it on a first come basis. Can't see throwing them out. Post email address.
