3 point lift arms wont stay up.

OK Guys I have read and re-read a lot of ifs ands and donts on the subject of 8N hydraulics but I cant find anyhting
that specifically answers why the lift arms on an 8N wont stay up. They go up and lift as they should but if you shut
the machine down they immediately drift down even without any weight on them. Is it the piston or the pressure valve?
The fluid is fresh .I am a newbe here and dont know the proper way to search the archives for theis remedy o please
bare with me here.
 
Most likely it is the piston under the top cover.
