PTO seal leaking badly

I know I'm off forum model #'s and
I apologize for that but there's a lot of Guru's on here with some wise years of knowledge.
I have a Ford 4630 that's had the PTO seal replaced 3 different times over about 15 years with each time the same results. Leak does not stop. One time I even had a Guru install it for me thinking that maybe I'm doing something wrong. He had the same results. Any advise would be greatly appreciated because I'm fixing to replace it again because it's more than a leak now.

A 4630 is newer than any I have worked on
but one shaft and seal is much like
another. Have you looked closely at the
pto shaft to see if it is bent?
Did you inspect the seal surface to see
if it is grooved, pitted, or rough enough
to damage a new seal? If so, you could
probably put a speedi sleeve on it and
fix it that way.
Lastly, have you checked the length of
the mower driveline that connects to the
pto shaft? It is a common occurrence to
have a drive line that is too long so
that when you lift the 3 point the
geometry is such that It will force the
pto shaft into the tractor and damage not
only the seal but the pto shaft, rear
bearing, the hydraulic pto clutch and
even other components in front of that.
By the way, you may find guys here on the
N Board who know that tractor as well as
any man alive.
But you are [b:654c4848f0]WAY MORE LIKELY[/b:654c4848f0] to
find someone who knows them and can help
you over on the Ford Board.
