CARB GOES WILD

THOUGHT IT WAS THE GOVERNER ON HOOKED IT YOU HAVE TO CHOKE IT WITH YOUR PALM TO START IT RUNS JUST A SHORT TIME NORMAL THEN ALL ON ITS OWN SHE GOES
FULL THROTTLE LINKAGE NEVER MOVES . SOME THING INSIDE THE CARB ???

If the linkage from the governor to the carb doesn't move, then I
think I would check the throttle shaft and make sure the butterfly
and/or shaft can't turn without the outside connector turning.
I have seen them come loose, but haven't seen one do exactly that.
