no spark

Hi everyone. I put a new electronic ignition on my front end distributor 1949 ford 8n..The tractor ran great while using my finisher mower. Now I am getting no spark even though there is power running into the coil. Any suggestions..Thank you

test your ignitor.

Coil burnt out. Check specs. for output
All there is.
Pull plugs ground on the block and turn
over and check for spark on each one.
GROUND THE PLUG or you can fry electric
ignition.

Not sure I understand what you are suggesting.

Check the voltage output of the coil?

thanks guys. I am leaning towards the distributor cap because the coil is hot and the ignition module is spinning around. I will let you all know what happens.
