Well just brought it home last week and started the bucket list.
Axle nut was real loose and ate the seal. Not close to 450 ft lbs
Never have been able to do just what was needed.
Bought both sides Brake pads, seals and gaskets.
Now if I had a place out of the Rain.
I have the 1st run set ups and no exterior adjustments.
Its been so long working on drum brakes, I forgot if it was clock wise or counter clock wise to loose up the pads on drum???

Conrats on your new tractor!
I can never remember the rear adjustment
directions--- but the last time I needed
to turn them, I put a 18" 4x4 on the
brake pedal. It held the pedal down, and
either lifted up, or fell down as I
turned the adjusting wheel. Like a
visual aid.
Here is an excerpt from John Smith's
oldfordtractor.
