NAA with sherman aux. I can't make out where the full level plug is from the owners manual. Looks like the right side.. hep appreciated. Thanks

Grouser,You should have a dipstick ,not a plug on the right side behind your right heal to check transmission/hydraulic oil level.

The NAA has 3 separate compartments for the transmission, hydraulics and differential. There is no dip stick for the transmission. The transmission fluid is checked with a plug on the rights side of the transmission.

The transmission fluid is checked with a plug on the right side of the transmission. The plug that sticks out on the left is the transmission fluid level plug, Do NOT remove the plug that is flush on the right. I hope this info helps.

Thanks Lewis, a bit more guidance.. your referring to the plug just left of that flush plug with a slotted head ( like a straight screwdriver head) correct? Thank you sir!!

Lewis is referring to the plug down in the left corner of the photo. It's probably an 11/16 plug. Perhaps someone cut a screwdriver slot in yours?

emove shifter plate pivot bolts and you will be setting yourself up for going into the transmission!
Same warning applies to shift rail detent screws! Oil level check plug may be a hex as other poster pictured or it may be standard NPT square head pipe plug.
