Starting problems 1953 Ford NAA tractor

Need some help. I have a 1953 Ford NAA tractor that has served me well. Recently while mowing the engine started misfiring so I took it back to the garage. I had power to the coil, but nothing to the distributor so I figured it was the coil. Replaced the 6 volt coil & the positive terminal wire to the distributor (tractor is 6 volt positive ground). Problem, I still don't have any spark at the spark plugs, but do have spark at the points. Any one with ideas what I should do now. I thought maybe a tune up kit replacing the points & condenser? Any suggestions would be appreciated. I need to cut my hay fields.
 
What is the exact voltage at:

the battery?

the stud on the side of the distributor?

across the open points?

What does the cap/rotor look like? Any visible carbon tracking or brass dust?

Did you loose the clip that keeps the rotor tight. Also the points need to be open when checking power to distributor. Check it whilexturning it over. Test light should go off and on.
