Water Pump for 8N

Gentlemen, I have a water pump that fits Ford tractors 9N-2N-8N from 1932-1952. The Tisco number is CDPN8501A. I purchased it new from Fargo Tractor in Fargo, ND and opened the box but never installed it on my tractor. Sometime before I had time to install it on my 8N (which I found out before I installed it the existing pump was fine) I decided to sell the tractor because we sold the farm. Now I would like to sell the pump because I have no use for it and it's too light for a boat anchor.. I paid $56.00 for it and if someone out there has a need for it, I'll make them a deal.

call my cell phone 701-261-1956. Thanks guys.

Suggestion........

A lot of the new pumps are too thick in the casting by the bolt holes and require that the studs be replaced. If this is an older model w/ the correct casting thickness, it will likely sell quicker.

Measure the thickness of the casting at the bolt holes and post the the results.

Thanks for the note Bruce. The thickness of the pump casting at the bolt holes is 13/32". Add for the thickness of the bottom plate on the pump 1/8" making the total thickness at the mounting holes 17/32". Great information Bruce, thanks for the tip.

Alden, I'll buy the pump if you can hold onto it until I get up to your part of the country, before December.
