So I figured to go out and start working on the toy. New-fangled SuperZilla around the plugs and let it soak in and see what happens.
It creeped up on the cylinder head within a minute or two. I figure a pool around the plugs and let it soak in.
Drain off the antifreeze that is supposedly 20 years of age?
Drain off the gas out of the tank. Sure. Pull the plug from the bottom of the carb and nothing. Okay, the fuel valve is turned off. Turn it on and still no flow. Pull the gas line and nothing. This is getting funny. Remove the gas line from the tank valve and a dribble. Suddenly a spurt back to a dribble. Spurt! dribble. . . Did I mention this is some nasty stinky stuff? Okay. Pull the valve out of the bottom of the tank and pull out about 3 gallons of ick. Currently the gas tank is open on both ends and I will let it dry out for a day or two before I do much of anything else. I need the plugs out and will see if that new-fangled Superzilla does anything. Once the plugs are out I will drop....I dunno into the cylinders to pre-lube it. Seafoam Deep Creep or something similar.
