Hole in block bore 9N

Hole in block bore after pulling old sleeves. Bout the size of a pencil eraser around half way down the bore and looks as though it leads to the water jacket. What is my best option to fix as a new block isn't available anywhere near me. QuikSteel high temp or some kind of silicone perhaps. I'll see if I can get pics.

Probably rust through and just the tip of the iceberg. Bite the bullet and pay the freight on a used block.

If you can talk a machine shop in doing it, bore it out, press in a sleeve and bore
the sleeve to fit the piston. It will run for many years as we don't put on the hours
as we used to.
