Some one gave me a carb off a Farmall A that looked like that. Been soaking in a gallon of carb cleaner for 3 months. Some parts still won't move.

I had one like that & it was cast iron so I boiled it in lye water 3 times. Rinsed & blew it out each time. along with using tip cleaners. When on the engine I could idle it down to where the impulse on the mag was snapping & it continued to run that way.

Looks salvageable.

I've done quite a few similar to that.
This one from a Farmall. Nothing moved freely.
