You don't suppose the ARE Chinese carburetors, do you?

Based upon my observations on this board as well as a few others, the failure record on the M/S clones is about 70/30.

You will be better off rebuilding your OEM M/S carb, having it rebuilt or buying a rebuilt one from a reputable source.

I had two crack almost 10 years ago. Finally got one from Klems and that finally worked. We went through 4 carbs before this one worked. Should have rebuilt the old one.
