Been feeding hay with the 8n

This is the second year in a row, I ve fed rolled hay with the 8n. I chose this set up, because the little red belly seems to leave almost no sign of a track. My 4wd fel tractor, just leaves such a mess. It s been keeping hay unrolled for a little over a hundred head.

Hope the picture posting works:

Great pic

Yes, 4' x 5'. They weigh 825. I don't think I have good picture of both hooked together, I'll try to post just a pic of the unroller. I gought it just to be pulled behind the 8n. All the hydraulics for my loader tractor are dedicated to the loader, so I couldn't run a 3 point mounted unroller without a lot of hassle.

Great photos! And bale grazing is the way to go! We use our 8N daily to feed hay in the winter months as well, but I use small squares for our sheep flock.

(quoted from post at 00:46:33 02/05/20) Great pics! It's amazing that a 70 year old tractor still finds a place on the farm.

I have the same thought everyday, also how economically it does it.
