8n Rear drain plug dry

I recently replaced the transmission/hyrdaulic fluid on my 1952 8n and was surprised to find the rear drain plug on the differential section completely dry when I removed it. Not even a single drip came out. Is this normal? Gallons came out of the front and middle large drain holes. Doesn't sound right to me.
I refilled the system and everything works great but I'm worried there might be a blockage in a passage somewhere.
Any thoughts or advice?

We are talking about the small, rearmost drain plug, correct? Assuming the tractor was functional before drained (being dry would have caused obvious functional issues pretty quickly), I would be willing to bet money Bruce is right and that little guy is clogged up. The two bigger plugs would self-clear a lot easier. Poke it and see what happens.

He was right. It was a layer of hardened crud that I was able to poke through.
The tractor had been sitting for at least 3 years though it was full, it needed to be changed badly.
Thanks for ya'lls quick responses.
