I was having a little trouble with my carb and decided to rebuild it. I took it off and cleaned the gunk off of it to start the cleaning process and noticed that there was a very small crack extending from the carb drain screw. I looked and could not see where it had been leaking but it was so dirty it might not have been leaking because of all the dirt and grime. I sprayed some carb cleaner down into the carb and I could see that the crack was starting to leak.

I said all that to ask this. Can the crack be fixed somehow or will I need to find a different lower bowl?

Get a replacement bowl or carb - used ones are dirt cheap.
