8N bucket frame

Have a welded tubular bucket frame and want to know if it is original or home made and how does it come off

If built out of round tubing it's probably either a Ford/Dearborn or a Wagner.
But as Bruce said, we'd have to see pictures of it to ID it.
As to taking it off; if you don't have another loader tractor, a stout tree limb or something in your garage to lift it, disconnect the hydraulics as required then take the bucket off. Next remove the lift arms and finally the main frame. I have removed a couple of loaders that way just by taking it off in pieces.

here are a couple of pictures of the tractor and bucket/frame

Not sure of the exact model but there should be 3 attachment points - one in the front and two in the back:
  • [*:ff86d6156d]Put the bucket on the ground and place a jack under the middle of the frame just below the front axle support. Remove the three bolts that attach the frame to the front hanger that comes down from the axle support.[*:ff86d6156d]The other two attaching supports are at the rear axles where the fenders are attached. Support the loader frame at those two points and remove the fender bolts on both sides.[*:ff86d6156d]Loosen the bolts that hold the pump to the loader frame and pull the driveshaft out of the axle support.[*:ff86d6156d]You can now roll the tractor backwards out of the loader.[/list:eek::ff86d6156d]

(quoted from post at 15:33:44 11/30/19) That s either a 9n or 2n

I was talking about the loader. It is a step through design so possibly a "newer" model Wagner or maybe a Superior. Both made step through models with tubular frames.

Sorry I meant the tractor

#3 that's if he's lucky, if he has a threaded shaft it can get interesting... More pix of the loader pump drive shaft at the front crank pulley would help...
