An impressive collection of Ford tractors coming up on the 26th in southern Michigan.

Given the history behind it, I couldn't conceive of ANY circumstances where that 9n demonstrator would leave my family!

Wow! Without knowing the circumstances, I agree that 9n would not be for sale........

Dave was a good friend and we belonged to the same club for years. He organized and provided trophies for our annual tractor baseball games at the July show in Monroe County, Mich. I don't believer there are any heirs other than his wife. She commissioned the auction.
I plan to attend the auction but I do not expect to be able to buy either tractor.

Yes, Dave was also a good friend of mine as well. I once asked him if planned to ever sell his tractors and if he had an heir that was going to continue on with them. He said no, he didn't have any kids so he said he'd probably just sell them. I offered to buy his early 9N if he ever wanted to sell. Unfortunately we can't predict when our time will be up so we can't plan accordingly.
