This is my air cleaner, I'm trying to get the mesh out to clean/replace it. The disc on the bottom that would normally pop out with a screwdriver seems to be crimped in with about 6-8 round spots around the edge. Has anyone seen this before? Did you get it open without destroying it? Maybe just boil it out for a while to get the gummy old oil/crud out of it?
I looked at dozens and dozens of pics online and can't even find one this style. Thanks for any info you have!
