two ford tractors into one downsizing

I have two ford tractors

Tractor # 1) is an early 9N one flat axle, one riveted axle. Aluminum steering column, 6" crack in the block, looks welded, brazed, and JB welded, no exhaust system, burns enough oil to make a blue cloud. No charging system, the generator functions as a fan belt tensioner to keep the water pump turning. Starts, runs grades driveway. Newer tires.

Tractor # 2) is a 2N, recently rebuilt, high-low gearbox. Two rotten tires.

With the value of tractor #1 being close to zero, I will probably swap tires and get rid of tractor #1. It is handy to keep #1 with a blade and #2 with a mower, but by the time I spend $800 for new tires for #2, I think I would be better off to use that cash to replace #1 maybe with #3?

I don't have a plan on what to do with the carcass of # 1 once I take the tires off, what should I do with a tireless ford 9N? I have to find a spot to take the tires and leave it. Is tractor #1 worth a newer set of tires on rims for trade?

My location is Cokato Mn. Trying to figure out, once I remove the tires, where in the yard to position it. Plant flowers around it?

(quoted from post at 14:26:20 08/27/19) I may have missed something, but why not put the bad tires on #1 so it can be moved?

The tires on #2 are flat. Funny how two tractor tires can finish cracking open and rupture within weeks of each other. They were made in about 1968 and already too shot to roll.

Once I do the switch, #1 becomes lawn art or some one else does something else with it
