First the symptoms:
3 point arms go up whenever pto runs even w/control lever is down but can easily be pushed down.
Lifts a rear blade VERY slowly.
Blade drops VERY quickly when clutch is pushed.
Now the question: What all am I going to have to repair? I kind of understand the problem of slow lift & quick drop probably means a leaky lift cylinder(?) but why does it lift whenever the pto runs, yet pushes back down easily?
