I have changed plugs, points, condenser, coil, carburetor, Points set a .015. When using brushhog and it starts to load the 8n starts missing. I get off tractor and push the back lever on the governor toward the fan and it smooths out. Do I have a governor issue? It runs fine without a load on the motor. I also tried to time it with light but could not see any markings on flywheel. Are there markings or a tick on the flywheel. It was to rusty to see on the flywheel.
