I bought a set of your sleeve tools from rgieger and was wondering if you had any tips for using them? Keep in mind I'm a carpenter by trade and a tractor tinkerer! Thanks! By the way .......that little wood box full of tools is heavy! Nicely done!

Pretty simple procedure. Turn the tractor upside down and use the driver to drive the old sleeves out. Turn it right side up and use the long installer to drive the new ones in. Or take the engine out and do it on the bench :lol:

leave engine in? Not enough room

Not designed for use with the crankshaft in place. Meant to be used with block on stand and crankshaft out. Cant say it is impossible but wont be easy. The in-frame toolkit contains a screw type puller and can be used with the engine on the tractor.
