Ford 8n hydraulic lift

I have a ford 8n with a hydraulic issue. I?m not a mechanic but
I usually do most mechanical work myself. These tractors are
new to me. I was told if I got the tractor running I could have it
so that?s what I did. It?s running great but the hydraulics are
giving me a fit. If I hook to an implement no matter how heavy
my 3 point will pick it up. When I press the clutch it goes down
at a rate too fast to drive at all. In neautral it will pick up and
hold. I?ve changed the oil. Cleaned out all of the sludge.
Removed the pump and changed out the pressure relief
valve. Replaced all seals and gaskets according to the
manual. Replaced hydraulic oil. I checked through the side
cover and cannot see any obvious leaks and also didn?t see
any signs of noticeable damage to the pump. The pump is
working since the 3 point lifts correct? What am I missing?
Please help!

You have a large leak in the lift circuit. When you depress the clutch the pump stops and the pressure bleeds off. Lots of places to look. Lift cylinder #1 on the list. Other possibilities include tube going from pump to top cover and crack in pump. Keep looking and you will find it.

What do I need to look for? I had the pump out and cleaned it
and never saw any damage to it. The pickup tube appears to
be in good shape. Ill keep looking and hopefully find the
issue! Thanks for your response.
