All done with the motor rebuild. it runs like a top. twice rebuilt buy shop and now by a 72 year old retired farmer . thank you all for your help. one to late question. on the rope crank seals what is best let the pan gasket go between them or cut it short so rope to rope touch. ? did the latter no leaks yet
