Oil fill breather tube

OEM, it was a compression fit. JB Weld will work if you and the next owner never plan to remove it.

I've got them to flare out w/ the appropriate size socket tapped into the bottom. HINT: don't drive it in too far........ (don't ask)

As Bruce said. remove the pipe and expand the metal a tad. you can do this with the afore mentioned socket, or if you have an anvil with a nose, that will work. Once you get it back in ( and sealed ), use a pin puncture wound center punch and stake it in a few places. the staking deforms the soft cast iron to further hold the tube in place.
