Hi
Regarding the sometimes odd behavior with apostrophes and quotes:
I have noticed that in modern view there is a discrepancy between the headers sent with a page:
Content-Type: text/html; charset=UTF-8
and the meta tag on the page:
meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"
In classic view there is no meta tag for content-type and the header does not specify the character set:
Content-Type: text/html
May be confusing some browsers, Just a thought
