The Tires alone are worth the asking Price. I would jump
on it but I'm to far North. A 8N in that condition would fetch about $1900 in Maine.

A non-runner that he's already tried to fix wouldn't bring that here.
Good tires are a bonus, at least one hat rim if it's in good shape.
Always a gamble when they don't run. Heck, even if they do!

I bought this one, '50 side mount distributor, brand new tires with the
paper tags still on them, everything working except the clutch for
$800. The clutch was stuck so it wouldn't disengage. I replaced it.
It came with tire chains, the drawbar, stay bars and chains, but
no other implements at that price. 20 miles from home.

Maybe I should buy them up and haul them to other locations.

You couldn't find a rusted hulk, non-running, been stuck in the old barn for 10 years, at that price in my neck of the woods.

Typically I don't find them for much under 1800 around here. I bought mine in 2005 for 1700 and was pleased to have found one I could afford. I replaced all the tires and put new rear rims on and then it went to work. 1500 is about the cheapest I've seen any N series around here in Oklahoma.
