Went to remove the bushhog off the 2N. Lift arms wouldn't raise. Tried working the quadrant lever, wouldn't stay down, would jump back into raise position. I am guessing it's time to drain the oil and rebuild the pump.
 
You may be right, but first, remove the inspection plate (dip stick side) and check that the control arm hasn't come loose from the T that goes onto the control valve. You may have to reach down in there and feel with your hand. The arm is supposed to be attached to both sides of the T. While you have your hand down there see if the control valve can move freely in the bore. Be careful not to pull it all the way out.
