ome here have uploaded their video to youtube and then posted a link to youtube here on their YT posting. I 'think' did it years ago by uploading video to a photo hosting site such as Photobucket (when it was free) and posting a link to it.

Where is the video? If it is on your phone upload it to a video hosting site, preferably in a streaming format, and use URL tags to link to it just like ordinary content.
