I haven't heard anything more from them, on whether they bought it or not.

They called last night and said they bought the tractor.

Those are the only fenders offered on the ZTS tractors. They're basically carryover from the JTS tractor it replaced. The ZT row crop tractors had 3 different fenders over their production run - this style, crown and clamshell.

Thanks for setting me straight. i told them so now they know.
The fenders still have me confused unless someone changed them. My 1941 has crown fenders on it like sms picture does.

The corner of the tractor tag is visible just above the belt pulley

That's what don't make since to me. A friend sent the pictures to me and they don't match up to any on tractor data.

Also it has the JT style fenders, which thru me off. I didn't think of that being the engine number.

That engine was originally in a 1945 so I'd say you have a 1945 ZTS. 1945 RE engines were 68141-73107

It will tell you the model on the tag above the belt pulley. Looks like a ZTS to me. Exhaust out the top and tool box under the gas tank. I had a ZTU.

You are looking at the engine tag. The tractor tag is usually further back on the transmission . I am not sure what you have. There are so many things that dont coincide with one MM model. Might be a mutt. (Pieces from many tractor models)

It does say RE, but normally R's don't have the exhaust stack coming out the top.
