How Many Volts Go To The Power Pack Converter For The Ga

I am working on a Moline U 302 wiring harness. The harness is all messed up. Can I just run a 12 volt wire to the converter for the few original gauges that it has left. Temp and fuel gauge is all that is left. It doesn't have the original key or light switches either. I can not find a safety switch either.
I am thinking of taking all the cobbled wiring out and just adding a junction box to run the power to the different switches. I'm thinking this would work.

Power supply is one wire for 12v from light switch. Back side of power supply is grounded when mounted. You should hear it oscillate when power applied.
