Pump on side of RTU

I have a RTU that I plan on painting this summer. It has a pump on the left side of the engine, that I think is a pump for a cultivator. I can t seem to find much information on it. I can t decide if I wanna leave it on the tractor or find a cover and remove it. I guess it doesn t hurt anything sitting there. Can anyone identify what this pump is? i ll try and send a couple pics but I have been having trouble posting pictures.

If you are never going to put a cultivator on the tractor, take it and the controls off. The pump runs off of two lobes on the camshaft and it will just keep wearing the pimp out. Don't throw it away it is worth some money.

Kind of an odd pump. Not much information on it out there. I guess Ill remove the pump and look for a side cover. Would be nice to put a cultivating
on the tractor but I know Ill never get around to it.

I should have the delete plate for it or Alan doesn't. Personally, I think those are neat, don't see them very often. If it was one I was painting I would leave it on. Maybe would pull the plungers off to make it inoperable and less prone to any oil leaks since no intention of using it. Could always pull it off and reinstall plungers later if you decide you want it to work.

I do have a cover. I tried sending you an email but it didn't go through. You can email me at the following: moline @ woodstocktel.net
