I'm looking for post on or about 708 Diesel.I see post about a lot of Molines different models but only 1 for 708 diesel and it was about auction results. Is the 708 just not as sought after as I thought it would be.Can any one tell me what the price range might be for a fresh restoration with fresh engine?

You are correct that there were not many made. I have seen some sell for over $15,000. They were an awesome tractor of the day. We had one in the early 1970s into the 1980s. I dont recall any one else in the neighborhood that had Front Wheel Assist tractor. We would go through wet spots that no other tractor would think about. Plenty of power for the day. Cons; I did take 40 acre to turn, the rubber boots that covered the front axle U joints would tear and let dirt into the front wheel bearings and U joints. Same with the power steering rubber boot. We replaced them often. Sunflower stalks were there biggest enemy of the rubber boots.

I would guess value would 5-10k here in the upper Midwest.

Very few made, but not a cool collector like some models.
