This recently purchased drill is painted different than my previous drill. The colors green red and yellow I have not noticed on other MM drills. Does anyone know the years this color combination was used. This drill is a 12 ft with 6 in spacing.

My guess would be in the Fifties. Most of the time there was no rime or reason for paint combinations on implements. Especially parts, they would be painted along with whatever else that was being painted at the time.

Agree with MMDell. Mine is 50's vintage and is all yellow with red wheels BUT the hitch is now green like yours. I replaced it with one from and older steel wheeled MM drill as mine was in bad shape and it was green.

Yes Markers was an option for the drills, most in our region were sold without. I have see a lot of drills of all brands and never saw one with markers.
