1964 MM JetStar 3 - Radiator immediately pouring out liq

So, my fiance went to brushhog yesterday. I know the radiator leaks, as the shop said it's got more holes than swiss cheese. So we don't run it for more than an hour without re-filling it. However, after just
a few minutes, the tractor overheated and stopped. I had him wait until I got home to check on it, and saw as soon as he poured water in the radiator spout on top of the tractor, water immediately came out of
this hole. This hole is on the engine block, facing the propane tank. I have no earthly clue what this is or why my radiator's liquids are pouring out of here immediately.

I'm going to try to post a video of the hole I'm talking about. If you don't see it, give me a minute or let me know.

Well I'm having trouble posting the video, but I uploaded it on YT. The ID is x0unU4dIbxM if you want to look it up

On the back of heads and block below are plugs with Orings. On front are frost plugs. Between blocks are water tubes and Orings.

The cylinder blocks and heads both have core plugs (often called freeze plugs) at both ends. These will rust through over time.

There is also a shouldered plug on the back side of the rear cylinder head and block with an o-ring seal. Those plugs are inline with the coolant tubes you can easily see at the front of the cylinder heads and blocks. The shoulder plugs seldom rust through (I've never seen one).

As mentioned by others, there are water transfer tubes between the heads and blocks as well as the core plugs.

My Jet Star 3 had those tubes rust out at the time I bought it. Disgusting. Lots of work to replace them. They
are basically 50 cent pieces, but the labor is a lot. I managed to do it myself over a couple weekends. The
replacement parts were made of stainless steel, which they should have been from the start.

Brass would be better than original. One of my Motrac's decided to let go. Of course between blocks where you can't see anything.
