Are French & Hects wheels. Were to replace original steel wheels with rubber rather than cutting off rims and welding on a rim. F
& H made for most makes.

Interesting they look like some heavy duty rims. I think they wanted quite a bit of money for them. There were some fenders in along with it that werent in very good shape.
