Cooling line removal

Hi, in the process of tearing down a MM 1961 Jet Star, so I can get to a seized piston. Got most everything off the block except water pump and the bracket it's attached to. I have a pipe/taupe coming out of the block, thru the water pump bracket
Is there a recommended away to get this pipe loose and out of the block and water pump bracket. Can't see where the shop manual. Addresses this just a picture with the water pump
Thanks

It just has o rings on both ends that are probably stuck really well. Remove water pump and bracket straight forward. Tube will either come out of pump bracket or cylinder block. Then can be pulled out of whichever it decides to stay in.

Those pipe ends can get really corroded but fear not, lately I see new ones are available. I think I've seen them on e-bay. If they're intact but rough, I've applied some sealant where the O-ring rides and have gotten away with it. Sometimes they come out a bit hard; they've likely been together for a long, long time.
