2 ways to go:

1. All MM parts: MM Distribuitor assembly with base plate, oil pump shaft with (I am thinking) it is a 16 tooth gear on it and a camshaft with a 16 tooth gear that drives the oil pump shaft. (So they rotate at the same speed.) Right now, with a Magneto, your oil pump shaft is turning twice as fast as your camshaft to increase the magnetic energy the mag can produce a spark from. I think you will find 12 teeth on your oil pump gear and 24 teeth on the corresponding gear on your camshaft.) Also, keep an eye on your oil pressure as the oil pump is only spinning 1/2 as fast as before. Parts from an RT engine will work as well as parts from the ZT,ZA,ZB engines. I am not sure about the cam gear on the later overhead valve engines.

2. The redneck way: Get a distribuitor from a Farmall Cub. It has the gear reduction in the base. You do have to work the magneto adapter down with a file to make it fit in the magneto coupling on the MM oil pump shaft. Be sure to lube the reduction gears before you install it, I don't think you can do that after it is mounted.

Also need a coil as well as wiring to an ignition switch. Magneto used a kill switch mounted to steering.
