RTU engine block(s)

Are there any other years or models of MM tractors that would have interchangeable engine block(s) with a 1947 RTU? I found a 1950 Z that
might be a good parts tractor but I have no idea if the block would work. Thanks.

(quoted from post at 14:17:39 06/30/21) Great! Thank you.

Just to add, because of the ring groove at the top of the cylinder, it is safe to use a block from a Z series on an R since the stroke is less than the Z, but using an R block on a Z series the ring groove would have to be removed first.

Keep in mind, the rods from an R engine are longer than Ztu, ZA and ZB rods. The tops of the pistons all reach to about the spot in the bore for all
engines in that series. Cant say where the top ring position is in all those engines.
