I need some paint, Prairie Gold i think what it's called, so where do you guys get it, i tried two hardware stores, didn't find it, but i didn't ask either!!!

I get mine from a body shop supplier. So far just Oliver and AC color.

Look up StaMM Tractor in washington Ks, Kelly can fix you up with paint,reducer,and hardner, they have all the correct colors

Go to any auto body supply store they will mix up anything you want. You didnt say what you were painting, Minneapolis Moline had several different paint colors. Tell us what your painting and maybe we can give you a paint code.

Locally, our NAPA store can mix quarts. Aerosol cans were available through AGCO.

I forgot it's costly to ship paint, they want 28.00 to put it in aersol cans for me, i need the paint code for the U and G era tractors,Thanks guys!!!! 1951

That would be prairie gold #2, the code I have is PPG 60039. If you go to an automotive paint store that sells something other than PPG they should be able to cross reference the number for you. I dont recommend the hardware store for this.

I got mine at the local agco dealer part # 79014834. They do not have the south bend red and the dealer told me to get it at a local farm store.
