I have a 1957 445 Industrial tractor , does anyone know where I can get any info on it, like tire size, standard options, etc. The only info TractorData has is that 312 were built in 57. I'm sick of my BIL telling me whats not factory and that it's worthless.Any help would be appreciated Thanx

Tractordata.com would probably have general information, other than whoever responds after me just keep googling. And you’re listening to your brother in law why? I got one that when his mouth flies open, my ears slam shut.

They were built with a wide variety of options and attachments. I believe most were optioned out by outfitters (lull for example) with what they wanted and then the outfitters added a backhoe, loader or that kind of thing.

My tractor is painted county or Mn. orange chrome emblems and all. It has a huge rear counter weight,a self leveling heavy duty loader, and the hydraulics and power steering all run off a large pto driven pump. It also has what looks like a large bottle jack plumbed in that goes up and down with the loader, part of the self leveling I'm told. It's a real beast and I love it.

Send your tractor serial number to Floyd County Museum in Charles City Iowa. For a fee they'll tell you when your tractor was built and what options it came with from the factory. They'll also provide a copy of the dealer order guide. This should tell you what you want to know about your tractor. Your tractor serial number should be on a tag on the right side of the transmission housing.

Is counterweight have MM on it? MM part number on bottom. One option on 445 ind was diesel motor..
