2 Star and Motrac Clutch Adjustment

I have posted the pages for the adjustment of the clutches and brakes under the original posting from a few weeks ago.
 
Thanks. Have had all apart. Changed couple clutches. Cleaned and adjusted. As with most there is tricks to working on them.
 
Do your crawlers have an electric pump? Motrac books show a lift pump. Mine has no sediment bowl and books don't show any
filtering.
 
2 Stars had electric fuel pumps under their seats.

Did I read you found extra clutch parts? I need to redo the brakes on my bulldozer and plan to do the clutches at the same time.

Still have a final drive seal to replace as well.
 
I found some new clutches. I just used some used ones I had. One clutch was missing a pad and another was not right thickness and
was a riveted one. Measured all and setup. Can't really see one wearing the clutches out.
 
What kind of pump? Appears to have built in screens. Microfiche shows used in a 504 also. Drive seals leak on mine also. I am going
to use heavier oil. Someone had put in hydraulic oil. Drain some out of a U/G and will probably cure leak. Maybe not in your
climate.
 
I do not have one of the original fuel pumps. Mine have been replaced with a modern pump.

I do have new seals for my leaking final drive.
