If you haven't ever seen Vice Grip Garage on Youtube it's a real hoot. Not a real how to, more for entertainment. Dry humor.
Basically he tries to get old stuff started/running. I enjoy it. He has a couple videos with old tractors, one with a Ford N and
one with an MM. Enjoy.

But, I'm curious on his galding spark plug problem... Is a real remedy for that heating it with a torch like he did???

I would have doused it with oil & rocked it back and forth some. I haven't ever heard of heating it like that.

The concept is that the steel on the small plug and large iron block heat at different enough rates and it causes them to separate. But I would have hit it with some oil too and come back in a few hours or a day. Of course he is trying to do everything in a short time frame so...

The video of putting the stereo in his truck brought me right back to me in high school putting a stereo in my first car. It had 1 wire and no multi pin connectors, the radio I bought had fancy stuff, even in the 80s. As he would say... I did the right thing and cut them all off. I laughed my butt off.
