How can a guy test the output pressure of the pump? Iv installed a pressure gauge according to manual and all I can get outta it is around 300 to 400 PSI. Manual calls for 1650 to 1750 i believe. Iv adjusted the regulator valve screw to no avail. I went through the valve block and found a few broken springs for the Aux. Valves replaced them and according to book everything should be synced. I didnt need to adjust anything. IT Manual mentions nothing of the hydro pump. All it says is if the pressure is lower than specified the master valve is not synced correctly. It does tell you how to rebuild the pump but no way of testing it. It is a Vickers piston type pump. Also when I drained the oil in the system it was pretty dirty with what looks like brass dust.
