I have a 1960 Jetstar D206 and right now it's a lawn ornament because the starter failed and I can't find a replacement (1113058) starter or a suitable replacement. Delco Remy site has it as obsolete and both replacements for it are obsolete. Does anyone have a replacement starter number for the original starter? (Bendix was stripped and armature is shorted)

I did. All the repair parts are obsolete.

2 local shops and both said "you're SOL"

Why don't you just take it to a starter rebuild shop?

Thank you. So this means I can hook up a key switch to start it instead of the mechanical setup I have now. Is that correct?

Yes.. Just doing a 1966 Jetstar 3 Ind diesel. Have starter on bench. My three other d206's have the kicker. I could get you the original if really needed.

10A19385 or Delco 1107576 will work but has electric solenoid rather than kicker.
