blocked oil passage to rocker on U

The oil passage to the back rocker on my U is blocked by something. Air won't blow it open. I've seen on vehicle blocks that there are plugs to the oil passages that can be removed. Are there plugs to the oil passages on the U that I can take out to get into them. Looking for some ideas before I remove the pan.

Can you remove pipe? Tried fishing it? You could fill pipe with atf and thinner and let sit. It may create a path.

Yes I can take the pie out, and have tried to open it from the top wit no luck. I was hoping there might be a way to come into it from the bottom. The pan's coming off anyway since I want to do rings and bearings.
