Finally pulled the GT outside to see if there was any life in it. Poured some gas in, made sure it was getting to the carb, then tried hand cranking it a couple times for the heck of it. Didn't fire, so hooked it up to another tractor and gave it a pull. Don't think we went more than 10-15 ft and it woke up with a roar! Ran good, but must of loosened a little rust in the carb, started sputtering and would barely run with choke after a few minutes. I'll clean up the carb when I get a chance.
Need to repack the water pump shaft, and re-core the radiator, as it's leaking badly. Also, the differential is working fine when I drove it around, but I can't get it into 2nd, 4th, or reverse. I'll lift the top cover off and see what's ailing it, hopefully just stuck from sitting and nothing more major than that.
All in all though, I'm really pleased with how this big horse is shaping up so far. Here's a picture from when I brought it home, forgot to take any today.
